Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pixelframe.design (the “Site”), including our design generators, storefront, and checkout process. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Pixelframe

Pixelframe is an independent fan site. We provide browser-based design generators inspired by popular culture, and allow users to create custom designs and order them printed on apparel, which is produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Fan Site & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Pixelframe is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any artist, band, record label, film studio, production company, game developer, broadcaster, sports team, or any other brand or rights holder referenced on this Site. All brand names, logos, titles, characters, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

All design generators and the designs they produce are fan-made works of parody and creative expression, inspired by popular culture for purposes of commentary, homage, and personal creative use. Design templates are inspired by known brands and iconic works and are not intended to reproduce any official licensed marks, nor to deceive anyone into believing these are officially licensed or authorized products.

Pixelframe does not sell officially licensed merchandise.

Permitted Use of Designs

Every custom order is manually reviewed for compliance before being submitted to print. By placing an order, you confirm that the intended use of the design is personal and non-commercial, consistent with fair use and parody principles applicable in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion — including designs that infringe third-party rights, violate this policy, or otherwise fail compliance review — whether identified before or after an order is placed.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order on the Site. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor or as a gift, you are responsible for ensuring the order and its use comply with these Terms.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a custom-made product at the listed price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; Pixelframe does not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may be updated at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Because every item is custom-made to order, please review your design, product, size, and color selections carefully before completing checkout. Our Return Policy and Shipping Policy explain what happens after an order is placed, including production, shipping, defects, and cancellations.

User-Generated Designs

When you use a generator to create a design, you are responsible for the content you input and generate. You agree not to create designs that are unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. By submitting a design for print, you grant Pixelframe the limited right to reproduce, store, and transmit that design solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your order.

Site Content & Ownership

Except for the third-party brand references described above, all original generator code, templates, fonts, graphics, and site content are the property of Pixelframe and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. This does not restrict your ownership or use of the individual design you generate and purchase for personal use.

Fulfillment Partner

Physical products are printed and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment service. Production, shipping timelines, and quality handling are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Return Policy. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generator tools will be available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelframe’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order. Pixelframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, policies, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixelframe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
